Ordering
How does ordering work?
Choose a blank and customise it in our online Studio, order a blank sample if you want to check fit and fabric, then we run final checks on artwork placement, colours and sizing before production. Once it is made, your order is prepared for shipping. See how it works.
Can I order a sample before a full run?
Yes. You can order a sample of your customised blank to check the fit, fabric and overall quality in person before committing to the full order.
Can I design my merch online?
Yes. Use our online design editor, or send your artwork through our Artwork Intake Form and our team will help you get the placement and colours right.
What should I order first for my team?
Start with what customers see most: a work jacket or hoodie for outdoor crews, and a polo or dress shirt for client-facing teams.
Pricing
How is decoration priced?
Per piece, on top of the garment price. Screen printing is priced by number of ink colours and quantity, from $4.05 a piece. Embroidery is priced by quantity, from $7.55 a piece. Heat transfer is priced by print size: Small $11.40, Medium $15.50, Large $22.00.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Custom merch has a minimum of 15 pieces. Heritage collection items (Italian, Canada and Croatian merch) can be ordered from 1 piece.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. A one-time $85 setup fee is charged for any printing type.
Do different sizes count toward the same quantity price?
Yes. Quantity is the total of all sizes in the order, so 10 S, 20 M and 20 L are priced as 50 pieces.
Decoration
Is embroidery or printing better for company uniforms?
Embroidery suits everyday workwear because it lasts and looks polished. Printing works well for T-shirts and large event orders where cost per piece matters more.
